Cabin fever is a shared experience in places that endure long, dark, cold winters. Cabin Fever, curated by the Anchorage Museum, examined this state of mind and featured photographs and short films by artists from northern countries, including Alaska, Iceland and Finland.

A pop up film series of short films, curated by filmmaker Michael Walsh, was screened outside of the museum at the Eagle River Nature Center cabin, Bunnell Street Arts Center in Homer and a bunker in Kincaid Park located in Anchorage.

The design of the exhibition and environmental graphics reflected the interior of a rustic cabin, such as old furniture for viewing the films, and graphics of a moose head and a wood burning stove.
